We want you to be completely satisfied with your Plonic purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return To start a return, email us at sales@ljctradeinc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping After contacting us in our email, we will send you a return shipping label. 

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at sales@ljctradeinc.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
