1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75 and over within the United States. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Free on orders $75+): 5–7 business days
Standard Shipping (Orders under $75): Flat rate calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)

4. Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping may be available — contact us at sales@ljctradeinc.com for more information.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

6. Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted carriers including:

FedEx
USPS

7. Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods. Plonic is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is lost or stolen after the carrier marks it as delivered, please contact us at sales@ljctradeinc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email us at sales@ljctradeinc.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

10. Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Plonic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
