Shipping
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95. Express shipping is $15 (typically 2–3 business days in transit). We ship to all 50 states, DC and US territories; we don't ship internationally yet.
Orders ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Anaheim, California. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes:

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, and you can check status anytime from your account page.
Returns
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return your PLONIC tools within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees.
To qualify, items must be within 30 days of delivery, in original (or equivalent protective) packaging, free of excessive damage beyond normal initial use, and accompanied by your order number. Light use to evaluate the blade on a job is absolutely fine — we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
How to start a return
- Email support@plonicpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
- Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 more business days for your bank to post it.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases you won't need to send the damaged item back.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange the exchange, shipping the replacement as soon as we receive the original. Not sure which size is right? Ask before you order — we'll help you pick.
Warranty
Every PLONIC tool is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
