24" Skimming Blades

If you only buy one skimming blade, make it a 24". It's the width most drywall finishers reach for first: wide enough to cover butt joints and standard walls in a few passes, controllable enough for a Level 5 finish, and light enough to run all day. Three ways to buy a 24"

The Pro-Series 24" is the classic: a 0.5mm European stainless steel insert in a flat-grip aluminum housing with slide-out end caps, so you replace the steel when it dulls. The Professional 24" pairs a 0.5mm 301 stainless edge with a round-grip extruded body and high-impact end caps for finishers who prefer a full-hand hold. The Round-Grip all-aluminum 24" is a single extruded piece with nothing to loosen, built for knockdown texture and rough first coats.
