What size skimming blade do I need?
For most residential walls, the 24" blade is the go-to. Use the 10" or 14" for tight corners and patches. The 32" and 40" are built for large commercial jobs where speed matters. Most pros keep 2-3 sizes in rotation. Check out our Blade Size Guide for detailed recommendations.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, email us at support@plonicpro.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship to Canada and select international destinations. Domestic USA orders ship free. Canadian orders have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days for international orders.
How do I start a return?
Email support@plonicpro.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we process your refund within 5-7 business days. No restocking fees.
Are replacement blades available?
Yes — that's one of the best things about Plonic tools. When you wear out a blade (and it'll take a while), you replace just the blade, not the whole tool. Replacement blades are available for all sizes in our store.
Do you offer bulk or contractor pricing?
We offer volume discounts for contractors and crews ordering multiple tools. Email us at support@plonicpro.com with the products and quantities you need, and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
