FREE standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required. No inflated prices to cover shipping costs. Every Plonic Pro tool ships free — period.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Anaheim, California.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime at your account page.
Return Policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your Plonic Pro tools, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- Free of excessive damage beyond normal initial use or testing
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We understand that you may want to test the blade on a job before committing. Light use to evaluate the product is absolutely fine — we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Step 1: Email us at support@plonicpro.com or call (657) 335-9589 with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
- Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
2-Year Warranty
Every Plonic Pro tool is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tool fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll replace it at no cost.
What's Covered
- Defects in blade steel (warping, cracking, or delamination under normal use)
- Housing defects (loose fittings, structural failure of the aluminum frame)
- Extension pole mechanism failures (locking mechanism, telescoping issues)
- Any manufacturing defect that affects the tool's intended performance
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from extended professional use (blade edge dulling over time is expected)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or modifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs) that does not affect performance
- Replacement blades (these are consumable items designed to be replaced)
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us at support@plonicpro.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not always required. We'll assess the claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge — including shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item in most cases. Just send us a photo of the damage and your order number.
Exchanges
Need a different blade size? We're happy to help. Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll guide you through sending back the original item and ship the replacement as soon as we receive it. If you're unsure which size is right for your job, reach out — we'll help you pick the right one before you order.
